Decommitment and application of N+2 / N+3 rule in ETC Programmes | 28.01.10 | Porto
The seminar targeted programme staff (JTS and MA staff essentially, but also other programme structures such as intermediate bodies and national representatives) interested in the issues related to decommitement and financial programme management respecting N+2 / N+3 rules.
During the seminar the participants had the opportunity to learn what decommitment really is, how it is applied, and what the effective strategies to avoid decommitment are. Each theoretical part was complemented by practical case study exercise. Effective techniques to avoid decommitment in INTERREG III programmes were presented as well.
Some tips on the management of the decommitment risk written by INTERACT external expert, Mrs Sheila Maxwell has been published on the INTERACT website.
