In Atlantic regions the information , risponsability and skills that envolve envirenment are divided for several european , naciona, regiona and local instiututions. Significant amounts of environmental data are scattered in this institucions.
Local and regional authorities need this data in real time to help us in the stategies definition and to decision-make .
Several local and regiona instiutions are implementing the Agenda21 process, citizens are called to participate in this project, but is difficult to evaluate this results in a easy way to local and regional governments and citizens.
Eco-CRM aims to develop a pilot project to a Pan-European Geospacial data analysis , whith spacial data information in a real time, simply to be understand by citizens and administrations and available in internet,to improve sustainable developpment
We looking for a public entities that want to be a pilot project region (local or regional entities) with the Comunidade urbana do Vale do Sousa.
