The study will review and compare the administrative and regulatory protocols and developmental policies that exist for commercial entities to obtain and exploit marine macro-algae resources within the participant regions.
The participant regions will assemble an exhaustive list of enterprises that trade in Algae and Algae related products and services and subsequently create a trans-national network and a number of practical business enabling tools to facilitate trade, communication and co-operation between the various enterprises and agencies across the trans-national area.
