What is the Subsidy Contract?

The Subsidy Contract is a document of agreement between the Managing Authority and the Lead Partner of the project, which stipulates the rights and obligations of the lead partners main beneficiary of the UE incentive,  their partners as well as the authorities involved in the implementation of the Programme. It also serve as a legal reference for the implementation of the project and sets out the framework for co-operation within the project.

The Subsidy Contract is signed after the project approval.
